2020 Nightly Fees

Our fully refundable rates* (if cancelled more than 5 days prior to use) are as follows:

-Member Senior – $50

-Member Junior 11 to under 17 – $39

-Member Junior under 11 – $34

-Non-Member Senior – $85

-Non-Member Junior 11 to under 17 – $74

-Non-Member Junior under 11 – $58

-School Rate – $57

-Non-Member, mid-week group (>10 people) 20% discount

*Rate is non transferable but is refundable in full, if cancelled more than 5 days prior to booking; no refund is given if cancellation is made 4 or less days from booking. No refund is given if you choose to leave early.

Non Member Booking Information

Members are welcome to bring Non Members with them and there is no waiting period to confirm bookings. We like to encourage members to bring friends and family to Ski Racers.

Members and their guests get priority, other Non Member bookings are confirmed two weeks prior.

Booking Rules

The booking system is a key part of how the Club functions. For it to work well, all bookings must go through the Booking Officer. It is not acceptable to turn up at the Club ‘unbooked’. The full rules are on the Booking Form.

2020 School Holidays

Primary and Secondary school holidays dates are:

Term 2 & 3 holidays fall: Sat 4 July – Sun 19 July

Term 3 & 4 holidays fall: Sat 26 September – Sun 11 October

Booking Forms

You’re one easy step away from a booking!

The form is a Word doc, just complete, “save as” the file with your name, ie: Booking Form – Jones family and email to Mike, our Booking Officer.

You must use a separate form for every booking. You can put all the guests for a booking on the same form, but different booking periods must each be on a different form.

Confirmation of your booking will be emailed back (or sent via text) within 24-48 hours. You are not booked in until your booking is confirmed. Payment must be made at time of booking, and your booking will only be confirmed once payment is made.

Current Booking Status

Regular booking updates are emailed to members throughout the season. It is worthwhile going on the wait list as there are always changes to bookings. During the season, Booking Status reports are regularly updated and are available here to download.

General Booking Information

Need to cancel? You must do so by emailing bookings@skiracers.co.nz or text to 021 254 3101. A full refund is given if cancellation is made five or more days out from booking, ie: Sunday prior to Friday booking.
